Spin Room Classes

Rev 30

Get fitter in only 30 minutes! It’s as easy as riding a bike, and in Rev30, riding a bike has never been better! Burn calories, improve muscular endurance, and build cardio fitness as you ride with surges, short intervals, power, and end with a rush. Inspiring music and motivating coaches ensure that EVERYONE FINISHES FIRST!


More intense than a stationary bike, indoor cycling keeps you moving! Expect to sit tight for a 1 hour, which can burn up to 600 calories!! The intensity varies throughout the class, thanks to changing up body position, pedal speed, and resistance. And get ready Sweating has never been so much FUN!

Bike Bootcamp

Complete your ride with a full body workout that’s right its time to feel the burn and torch calories. Compound movements and serious results. Bootcamp has never had a better burn!

Pedal & Pulse

This class combines the best of Barre with your bike get ready to pulse your way to perfect sculpted booty.

Group Fitness Room Classes

TRX- 30/60

30 – 45 or 60 MINUTES! TRX Tabata unites strength and sport in a refreshing and unique journey. Tabata means 8 rounds 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Engage your mind and BODY, using balance and strength, twisting and lengthening positions with various additional equipment. Get ready for a mind/ body experience unlike any other.

TRX Fit Flow

The TRX makes yoga poses more accessible by eliminating any fear of falling, boosting essential core strength and guiding you toward optimal alignment while creating more length and space in the body when you inhale and contracting and getting deeper into the pose when you exhale. We welcome you to use this class to enhance your yoga practice, challenge your stabilty and coordination or just for a great stretch.

Open Gym

Open gym is your opporuntiy to use the equipment in our group fitness room. TRX -K08 – Exercie balls – Barbell Sets – Bands – Agility trainers and Decks are available. We will have a workout of the day for you to follow to a Tabata playlist or you may want to pop in your ear buds and complete your own workout. Open gym is your time have a great workout!

RIP 30/ 60

Get functionally strong as a result of this express version of Rip. A barbell strength format. We deliver an efficient and effective workout with great music, motivating exercises and amazing results as the prime movers are pushed to their limits. RIP: STRONG FOR LIFE!


The KO8 is the only suspension trainer with the capability to instantly transform from suspension to resistance setting in seconds. This enables us to perform 99% of exercises that you could execute at a gym. You can determine the level of difficulty with ease by altering the resistance setting from 6kg – 72kg. This means that the exercises become accessible to everyone from elite athletes to complete beginners who are able to be challenged at their own individual level. As you progress and become stronger the KO8 becomes stronger with you, simply by attaching more resistance you can continue to use the KO8 and keep your workout challenging.

8 X 8 Circuit Training

A circuit style class that will focus on strength and endurance. 8 exercises and 8 sets completed in 45 minutes. This is a simple way to maximize your workout results and is great for all fitness levels.

Yoga Room Classes

Barre Pilates Fusion

Barre delivers a low impact full body workout, great for strengthening your core and toning your glutes and legs. Our classes can be modified so they are a safe workout option for all bodies. Barre workouts are also a good cross-training option to pair with other exercise like running, weight lifting or cycling, because they strengthen the muscles needed for these exercises without being too stressful on the body.

Yoga Restorative Flow

Restorative Slow Flow is a sequence of postures designed to help the body consciously release tension and enter into relaxation. Postures are held for longer periods of time, stabilizing the mind and increasing flexibility in the body. This is a restorative practice that includes breathe- work, affirmations, and cultivating a sense of inner peace.

Yoga Vinyasa Flow

Flow mindfully through a string of strength building, balancing and deep stretch postures, linking each posture and moving with the breathe. Vinyasa is a flowing practice that generates heat and strength in the body followed by deeo release and relaxation with a strong focus on alignment, breathe and intention.

Yoga with Cara

Calming Hatha Flow – a sequence of slow paced mindful movements. The sequence combines a variety of poses focusing more on seated, prone and supine to encourage deep relaxation. This practice connects asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing) while bringing inner peace to your mind and body. This class is suitable for all levels and cultivates relaxation and serenity.


Willow is a combination meditation / Interval workout class designed around the largest international scientific study on fundamental well-being, which included over 1,200 participants on 6 continents. The resulting benefits being participants lost significant weight, increased self-esteem, and gained a positive outlook. There was also a 49% decrease in clinical depression, a 46% decrease in negative emotion, and a 42% INCREASE in happiness. Willow’s easy to learn mediation techniques paired with a variety of fun Intervals and Tabatas is a fun and energizing class. Willow delivers an experience like no other; 6PACK Abs + 6PACK Mind.

Yoga Nidra

Slow flow yoga. A gentle floor practice to begin your first half of class, followed by a guided meditation to help you fully relax and bring your focus inwards.
